Custom Manufacturing Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 26 October 2026

National Factory provides custom manufacturing services for paper bags, cardboard boxes, and other packaging products based on customer requirements.

These services may include customized dimensions, printing, materials, finishing options, and other product specifications.

All custom manufacturing orders are subject to the following terms, in addition to any conditions specified in the approved quotation or manufacturing agreement.

1. Requesting a Quotation

The custom manufacturing process begins when the customer provides the required information, including product type, quantity, dimensions, design requirements, and any additional technical specifications.

Our team reviews these details, discusses suitable manufacturing options, and prepares a quotation based on the agreed requirements.

Submitting an inquiry or quotation request through the website does not constitute final acceptance of the order by National Factory.

2. Sample and Design Approval

Depending on the project and manufacturing requirements, a sample or design will be provided to the customer for review and approval.

The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all relevant details, including dimensions, printing, colors, quantities, materials, and other specifications.

Final approval of the sample and design will be documented through WhatsApp or email.

This approval serves as the accepted reference for manufacturing the products according to the approved specifications.

If the customer requests changes after approval, National Factory will assess whether such changes are possible and communicate any additional costs before proceeding.

3. Advance Payment

For new customers, the sample and order quantity are agreed upon before an advance payment is collected.

The required advance payment ranges from 50% to 70% of the total order value, depending on the approved agreement.

The advance payment must be received before design work and other production preparation procedures begin.

Any remaining payments and their due dates will be specified in the approved quotation or manufacturing agreement.

4. Commencement of Production

Production begins only after the following conditions have been satisfied:

  • Final approval of the sample and design.

  • Confirmation of all agreed product specifications and quantities.

  • Completion of the required financial approval and payment arrangements.

Production and delivery timelines are determined according to the product type, order quantity, and agreed production schedule.

5. Changes After Approval

If the customer requests modifications to dimensions, printing, materials, or other specifications after final approval, National Factory will review the proposed changes before confirming whether they can be implemented.

Such changes may require new samples, molds, tooling, or other preparations, resulting in additional costs.

Any additional costs will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.

Changes will only be implemented following approval by both parties.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation charges depend on the production stage:

Before Sample Preparation: No cancellation charges apply.

After Sample Preparation: The customer is responsible for the cost of the prepared sample.

After Tooling and Production Preparation: The customer is responsible for the costs of the sample, molds, tooling, and preparation work completed specifically for their order.

These costs may be collected directly from the customer or deducted from the advance payment.

If actual production has commenced, any additional costs and financial obligations resulting from completed work will be reviewed in accordance with the agreement between the parties.

7. Finished Product Compliance

National Factory is responsible for manufacturing products according to the approved sample, design, and agreed specifications.

Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned solely because the customer changes their mind or wishes to change previously approved specifications, provided the finished products conform to the agreed requirements.

8. Manufacturing Errors and Defects

If a manufacturing error occurs or the finished products do not conform to the approved specifications due to an issue attributable to National Factory, the Factory will correct the problem at its own expense.

Depending on the nature of the issue, the resolution may involve remanufacturing the affected products or correcting the defect as agreed with the customer.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory legal rights relating to defective or non-conforming products, including refunds where required by applicable law.

9. Designs and Intellectual Property

The customer confirms that they own or have the necessary rights to use all logos, artwork, designs, and other materials provided to National Factory for manufacturing purposes.

National Factory may use the supplied materials solely to fulfill the agreed manufacturing requirements.

Providing such materials does not transfer ownership of the customer's trademarks or designs to National Factory.

10. Special Agreements

Where an approved quotation or written manufacturing agreement contains additional conditions, those conditions will apply to the relevant order, provided they do not conflict with mandatory legal requirements.
