This website is operated by National Factory for the Production of Paper Bags and Cardboard Boxes, registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan under Registration Number 19516, hereinafter referred to as "National Factory," "the Factory," "we," "us," or "our."
By using this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the terms applicable to your purchase, without prejudice to your rights under applicable Jordanian laws.
1. Products and Services
National Factory provides paper packaging products, including paper bags, cardboard boxes, and other packaging solutions.
Our products and services fall into two main categories:
Ready-Made Products: Products available for direct purchase through our website in predefined sizes and specifications.
Custom-Manufactured Products: Products designed or manufactured according to customers' specific requirements, subject to quotations, sample approvals, and separate manufacturing conditions.
Product specifications, dimensions, prices, and available quantities are displayed on the relevant product pages.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate and up to date.
Minor color differences may occur between product images and actual products due to screen settings. The published product specifications remain the primary reference.
2. Prices and Orders
All prices for ready-made products are displayed in Jordanian Dinars (JOD). The total order value, delivery charges, and any applicable additional amounts will be displayed before checkout.
National Factory may contact customers to verify order details, delivery addresses, or product availability.
If a product is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled as requested, we will inform the customer and explain the available alternatives before proceeding.
For custom-manufactured products, pricing, quantities, specifications, and production timelines are determined according to the approved quotation and agreement between the parties.
3. Payment Methods
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is the available payment method for ready-made products purchased directly through our website.
Customers are responsible for paying the product price and any applicable delivery charges upon receiving their orders.
Custom manufacturing orders are subject to the payment terms and advance payments specified in the approved quotation or manufacturing agreement.
4. Delivery and Order Collection
Online purchasing and delivery of ready-made products are currently available within Amman, Jordan, only.
Estimated delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours, depending on order size. Deliveries are available Saturday through Thursday, excluding Fridays.
The standard delivery charge is 5 JOD per order. Delivery is free for orders containing 4 cartons or more.

5. Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
Orders for ready-made products may be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery.
Custom-manufactured products are subject to separate cancellation conditions based on the stages of sample preparation, design approval, tooling, and manufacturing.
Returns and exchanges of non-defective products are not accepted solely due to a change of mind, subject to any rights provided under applicable Jordanian law.

6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing orders, including their name, contact number, delivery address, and required quantities.
Customers must cooperate with our delivery team to receive orders at the agreed time.
For custom-manufactured products, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, samples, specifications, and related details before production begins.
Customers must also ensure that any logos, designs, or other materials they provide for manufacturing are legally authorized for their use and do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, designs, visual elements, and trademarks owned by National Factory, remains the property of its respective rights holders.
No website content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior authorization, except where permitted by law.
Providing National Factory with a customer's logo or design for manufacturing purposes does not transfer ownership of that logo or design to National Factory.
8. Information Accuracy and Website Availability
We strive to keep the information displayed on our website accurate and up to date.
Product availability, prices, and specifications may be updated periodically.
The website may also undergo maintenance or technical updates that temporarily affect the availability of certain services.
These provisions do not limit National Factory's legal obligations concerning confirmed orders or any rights customers may have under applicable law.
9. Data Protection
Personal information collected through our website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Jordanian legislation.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
In the event of a dispute relating to website use or a purchase, both parties should first seek an amicable resolution, without prejudice to either party's right to refer the dispute to the competent authorities or courts.
11. Amendments
National Factory reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
Updated versions will be published on this page together with their effective date.
Amendments will not apply retroactively in a manner that reduces customers' existing contractual rights.
